This office will not advocate for you as a patient within the health insurance system and I have never had such a negligent experience. I got a new job and new insurance, so one of the treatments for my migraines had to go through prior authorization again. I had previously gone through a year of step therapy to get my treatment approved. Dr. Moon’s office staff’s negligence has led to 8 months of frustration, suffering and wasted time. My initial treatment was denied, Dr. Moon’s office said they would automatically appeal, so I trusted them. After not hearing anything for 3 months, I had to start calling and messaging several times a week to get any updates on the status of my appeal. I've been seeing Dr. Moon for a few months now for complex spinal cord issues and he and his staff have been amazing! Dr. Moon is very smart and thinks outside the box! I feel like I'm finally on the right track to getting my complex issues dealt with! The staff is great also, always returning messages in a timely manner! I highly recommend this practice!

Nurse Herbert was amazing! I've never experienced someone so knowledgeable and direct to help me with my epilepsy and meds! And I've known many neurologists. She told me my options and I was off and running. I'm looking forward to meeting Dr. Moon. This is an impressive outfit!
