I’m glad this pharmacy has so many good reviews but that was not my experience. I am a retired doctor moving from out of state. I have some specific and unique prescription needs. I personally went in to ask if they could handle my needs and said they could, but would need to get back to me. After waiting a week with no call, I called them back. They still we’re not sure, but two days later, did call stating the could compound my Rx. They received the Rx on a Wednesday afternoon which I verified they received. By Friday morning, I still had no word and called back. I was told the prescription was in the lab but could the lab manager would not guarantee it would be ready that day. If it was, it would be after 5 and they closed at 6. They were not open over the weekend and made no pr

This is a an absolutely phenomenal pharmacy. By far the nicest pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is really nice looking and it looks like they take pride in the way their store looks. Their employees do an awesome job of getting your prescriptions and are very friendly while doing it. Makes you feel very comfortable and gives you the peace of mind that you are in good hands. I would totally recommend using this pharmacy, if you are in need of medication. Really nice place with friendly faces. Makes you want to keep on coming back. They do a fantastic job there and I'll be back again!

Giving one start because there is no provision to give anything less. I personally went to the pharmacy and dropped off the prescription for an eye drop. They said it would take them about 4 weeks to get it filled. I called after 3 weeks to check on the status and was told that they misplaced the prescription and would call the doctors office to get the authorization. Next day they called back and informed me that they would not be able to fill the prescription because they don't compound that particular strength. So, they kept me waiting for 3 weeks, misplaced my prescription and finally told me that they would not fill the prescription. Why couldn't they told me that when I went to them the first time? Outstanding service and products. Top tier knowledgeable staff and leadership who take the time to help you find what you need. It is a gem here in Denton and where I will continue purchasing my prescriptions and supplements as long as I live in the area. Some corporations may offer better deals and benefits for certain drugs, however, if health and wellness are your priority- this is the place to visit.

I am a fairly new customer, four or five months, and my experience has not been a good one. I have been using a Compounding Pharmacy for many years that just closed down. Denton pharmacy took over most of their compounding business. Refilling an order always seemed to require at least two or three phone calls and two weeks to receive. I felt like I fell through the cracks. I would call and they didn’t know anything about it. This last refill, I called three days in a row and never got a callback even though I was leaving messages and asking to be called. Also, instead of coming in a pill bottle, my hormone troches came in a flat container and it was extremely difficult to remove the medications.
