I have a pet that gets seen at this location. I called to speak to someone about an issue my pet was having. I wanted to asked a medical question, was told the doctor wasn’t in. I was transferred to Megan/ Morgan. She had zero customer service skills. Of course one will call if there is an issue with their pet. I wanted information on how to keep my pet comfortable until Mondays appointment with the issue she is having. I was told after holding for 13 minutes while at work that there was no advice available. I then tried asking for referrals to call elsewhere. I was over talked leading to this person saying “If you let me talk” which she was talking the entire time. She said she was talking to me woman to woman in a defiant voice Ha Called me “Honey” several times after being asked not to.

Just when I thought my elderly kitty cat was going to be put to sleep, we did a baseline of blood work, which turned out good. His vomiting and dehydration was because he was severely constipated. He received some fluids and we were sent home with 2 enemas. I isolated him in the bathroom, and gave the first one, within 5 minutes he pooped. By end of night he was feeling much better. He started eating and drinking with 12 hours of his visit. Thank you staff and Dr. Shriver. You all are always so kind and loving. Courtney, Destiny. And Stephanie your are sweet and one of a kind. Dr. Shriver thank you for working us in your tight schedule that Saturday afternoon unexpectedly. You are appreciated and the things you do don't go unnoticed.

For my first time being there, since moving to denton, i found the staff very friendly and efficient getting the records together. Unfortunately, I had to bring my cat due to labor breathing and found out he has cancer. Definitely wasn't expecting that but the prices for the visit was definitely cheaper than my previous vet which was a plus. I will definitely continue to take my animals there since the doctor knows his stuff. The only down fall is they don't always answer the phone which I understand that they are busy with only a staff of 4 people from what I could see. I still give them 5 stars because they are amazing in all the other ways.

I called to asked a question about my dog. I spoke to someone named Wendy. She was pleasant and helpful with answering my questions.

Just took my new puppy for her first shots. Price was lower than expected and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions we had about bathing issues. New management has made wonderful improvements since I had last been there for an appointment over a year ago before I lost my last pup to cancer.
