I came back to the dentist after 3 years without a visit and they took such wonderful care of me! They leveled with me that I had gingivitis since I was not flossing, and gave me good guidance on how to fix it. Super friendly staff and I appreciate their patience working with my teeth for 2 hours and answering all of my questions (I asked them about my coffee, seltzer, lemon water habits). I'd recommend this dentist for anyone else in east Dallas looking for a new dentist.

This is the best office that I’ve ever been to. Dr Zwick does such a great job at informing and explaining everything that will go on during the appointment. The assistant, Jorden, was really gentle with X-rays; she has good bedside manner with patients. My hygienist, Allie does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth. She also makes the appointment go by with ease, as she cracks jokes and sings the entire time. Necie at the front, always has a welcoming smile. Haven’t been there many times, but I’ve interacted with the other assistants and hygienist, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back for all my cleanings and any future dental work. 10/10 for sure!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office in White Rock! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The front desk receptionist, Necie, was super friendly and helpful, and my hygienist took her time explaining everything clearly and took such general care of me during the process. My dentist, Dr. Zwick, was incredibly thorough to make sure to uncover all my dental problems and then helped me understood every step to get back on track for teeth and gum healthcare going forward. She had the gentlest touch even though I had painful areas. Made all the difference in my experience! Went for a regular cleaning & they "diagnosed" me with periodontal disease and recommended a descaling & deep cleaning. Felt like a scam & was confirmed when I went to a dentist down the road (5 star review there btw) who said I didn't even qualify for those treatments. If you're a new patient, I'd recommend going somewhere else. They also wouldn't let me just get a regular cleaning because of "ethics". No other dental practice I've gone to would keep their patients in their dental chairs while their business manager comes over to tell the patient about how much treatment costs. Don't be afraid to say "no" and get a second opinion!

Dentists of White Rock is owned by PDS Health (a DSO) and marketed as a Smile Generation “trusted” office. That’s worth knowing because PDS also "supports" Smile Generation and its in‑house discount plan—so they’re essentially endorsing themselves. After multiple visits, I feel compelled to call out a pattern of unprofessional behavior. My partner came in for a routine cleaning. The dentist was kind—which helped their anxiety—and personally did the cleaning. But then the dentist asked them to hold the suction “straw.” Meanwhile, we were seated across from the sterile room while the assistants openly gossiped about another patient within earshot.
