I had a great experience at this dental office. Dr. Dubois is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps put patients at ease. Gregory, the dental hygienist, was extremely patient and gentle during my cleaning, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. You can truly tell that the whole team cares about their patients’ comfort and overall satisfaction. They take their time, listen to concerns, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything to you in detail and make you feel comfortable during the entire visit. If you are in need of a good dental office, this would be the place.

Walk,no run to the West Ashley Dentists office on Savannah Hwy in the Whole Food Plaza. This is the first dental office that I went to that the entire staff was so warm and knowledgeable with all of newest dental technology. They do so much more besides xrays & cleaning. They also have early appointments so you can go there before you go to work. As soon as I entered the office I was warmly greeted by Ryan,he was so helpful answering all of my questions and was very patient with me. So I actually relaxed when I got in the Dentist chair! Gregory was an awesome Dental Hygienest and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do with that and the great music helped me to have less anxiety. Dr. Dubois was happy to answer all of my questions and very thorough with my exam. Thank you Ry

It was such a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. They were so incredibly thorough and delightful. Gregory was fantastic at explaining things beforehand. Nicole Dubois was incredibly nice and really took time to make I got the best care possible. They also have a financial/insurance expert come in to explain services and charges before you commit to anything, which I really appreciated. Best dentistry experience I have ever had!

Today, 10/28/25 was my 1st visit to this office. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Ryan checked me in as well as he provided me with info I needed for the finance part of the visit. He was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Antoinette was responsible for my x-rays as well as assisting Dr. Dubois. Antoinette was very comforting. She made me feel as if I had known her for a long time. She was efficient, patient and knowledgeable. Gregory was my hygienist. He was patient, made sure I was comfortable explained the procedure I was having very thoroughly. He was knowledge and patient. I love the way that the staff addressed me as Ms. Sandra (that's something that you do not hear anymore in doctors offices. Thank you) Enjoyed Dr. Dubois's explanation of my situation.
