Called as a new patient was able to get my first visit before a week was up. Office is very clean professionally decorated. Front office Personnel very helpful and kind greeted me immediately with a smile and nice tone on The Voice. Experience with the X-ray tech dentist and financial advisor very very helpful was easy to understand what the dentist said needed to be done. The quoted price was incredibly Fair! My first visit for work to be done is a week and a half away all expedited very quickly

Worst experience my teeth are worse now than before I went, I got two crowns and a deep cleaning and they charged me so much and were upset I didn’t want laughing gas after they had already charged me for it without asking me. The assistants are nice but I feel Like the dentist drilled little holes in my teeth I can feel them and I never had those before. I will definitely be reporting this and requesting records. Such a horrible experience they drilled on me for hours and I heard the dental assistant ask why is she bleeding so much? The dentist said maybe cause she got a root canal. And put some glue stuff in my mouth and I felt like I couldn’t breathe. My teeth are sensitive and haven’t been the same. And my temp crown had fell out an hour after I left. and they wouldn’t see me until the

I am adding to this review because I am unable to add another one. I had my first visit with this dental office and have nothing but praise for the staff and office. Victoria Berrocales, RDH is amazing. So sweet, kind and professional. Her and Dr. Vasquez explain everything they are doing as they treat you. The front office is just as caring. My husband and I give them 5 stars and will recommend them to everyone needing a dentist. This was my husband’s first time going to them. If we could give them more stars we would. Reception staff is great, hygienist and Doctor Vasquez were amazing. We felt as though they all went the extra mile for us. He mattered, they were quick, very professional and accommodating. It was nice to have everything done at once and we highly recommend

Everyone was very accommodating and supportive. I’ve had really bad experiences in the past but the staff here helped me feel more relaxed/comfortable and even the doctors did their best to make sure I was at ease.

Dr. Ruvalcabra has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced from a dentist. He had several new techniques to help me as a nervous patient. I love the vibration thing he used while numbing because it didn't hurt one bit!
