Dentists of Midlothian and Orthodontics

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dentist office. If you are a new patient seeking an ethical dentist office please do not book an appointment here. This dentist practice is all about Upselling and pressuring you into services that you do not need. They will push them on you under the guise of recommendations for treatment, but when you begin to decline those extra, additional services, they do not wish to treat you any longer. I went there for my routine, check up and teeth cleaning. I had the x-rays and all these fancy photos taken of my teeth only for them to recommend over $1000 in additional services before they even had a chance to do my routine cleaning which my insurance covers at 100%. They basically told me they could not do the standard insurance covered Cleaning

Melanie, Dr.Rema and Jakolby were so helpful in getting my dad’s bad tooth taken care of - they went above and beyond to address his questions, lay out costs, clean his teeth and put a plan of action in place. Best of all, everyone was so helpful and nice! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

First time visit and it went great thanks to Perla’s and Shelby’s hospitality. The whole process was smooth and easy with Jakolby and Kriss being efficient with their work (X-Ray & Deep Cleaning). Followed up and ending with Dr. Rema’s professionalism and future plans.

Clean facility and they get you back quickly. My first visit, a lady comes in and roughly digs around my teeth, pokes my gums and makes me bleed then has the gall to tell me I have gingivitis! I have never bled while brushing and this woman starts selling services. I declined them all. Dentist Rema came in and did my cleaning and I explained that lady would never be allowed to do that again. My second visit, I had a very pleasant dental assistant clean my teeth. Dr Rema then came in and mentioned that it looked like I still had some “deep pockets “ and that maybe doing a deep clean on my 3rd trip. I will refuse. I will continue getting my teeth cleaned here but will refuse all other services.

Dr. Taylor, Melanie and Bre were absolutely amazing. Very comforting, nurturing, communicative, and graciously went the extra mile to ensure I was getting everything I needed. I highly recommend them! Super clean facility and everyone was very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Thank you ✨️
