I recently responded to an advertisement on Instagram regarding an Invisalign promotion and scheduled a consultation after being contacted by Laura from Dentistry at Kennesaw Point. I am a returning patient of this practice and have previously referred others to this doctor. My appointment took place on Friday, 2/27. The Invisalign technician was thorough and did an excellent job explaining the treatment process. After the consultation, I met with Denise in the finance department to discuss pricing and payment options. When I asked about the total cost, she quoted $4,500. I informed her that my insurance includes orthodontic coverage and asked whether it would apply to Invisalign; she stated that she did not believe it would. I also inquired about the promotional discount advertised online

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I took my daughter here yesterday after being referred to them by the pediatric dentist due to some work that needed to be done and then not being able to numb her enough. When I first enter it's a very cramped space all the way around from waiting area to checkout to the exam rooms. There are no doors on the exam rooms for any privacy everyone can hear anything going on. The hygentist took her X-rays and than sat behind her texting on her phone until the dentist aka owner came in. When she arrived she didn't introduce her self first impression was very rushed, asked if my daughter brushed her teeth and my daughter said yes I know she does bc all the kids brush together and I help her 5 year old brother. She then proceeded to call her a liar and

I had an excellent experience today. I arrived in a lot of pain and the entire team was incredibly kind from the moment I walked in. They explained everything with patience, the procedure was quick and professional, and I left feeling so much better. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Thank you for your care, your attention, and for making me feel in good hands. I highly recommend them!! ✨

Very cramped extended to people sitting in the hallway. I scheduled a root canal, they canceled me for a cleaning then told me they stopped doing in office root canal’s in office a month ago. They did numb me for a deep cleaning, they forgot to update my chart, and this isn’t the first time I had to go elsewhere for dental work. The last time she told me I could have done it there forgetting she already sourced me off to whom I assume are her friends and get some sort of kick back. They always seem like they don’t have time for you and sourcing you out is more convenient if you’re not getting a cleaning. There is a high turnover rate with the staff and I only see one or two recognizable faces. Be prepared to wait all day and your appointment time does not matter because there are probably

I’m not gonna lie, dentist appointments usually have me on edge. But as soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and checked in right away. The whole process was quick and easy. My wait time was super short, and I was brought back for X-rays almost immediately. The dental assistant broke everything down for me in a way I could actually understand. We went over all my options, made a solid plan, and now I’m finally on the road to restoring my smile.Honestly, this was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve already recommended them to my family and friends — and now I’m recommending them to you! And let me just add this: I live in the Gwinnett area, and I will gladly drive all the way to Kennesaw just to be seen at this dentistry. That’s how great they are!
