This dental office should truly be the standard. From the moment you walk in, the receptionists greet you pleasantly and everything is organized so you’re never left guessing about scheduling appointments or what needs to be done next. One thing I especially appreciate is how professionally they handle insurance. They are knowledgeable about coverage and make sure everything is verified upfront so you’re not unexpectedly paying out of pocket. They also don’t push unnecessary procedures like I’ve experienced with other dentists. That honesty means a lot. The dentist herself Dr Newbill is extremely professional—stern, focused and straight to the point. She doesn’t spend time talking just to talk; she gets right to work and handles business. I was so pleased how my visit went! I'm really a big baby in a dental office, but every single employee was so kind and professional. The dentist was so nice and very helpful in explaining everything we would be doing. Thank you all so much!!!! This was a great experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything is explained and clarified every step of the way. I felt included in decisions. I have had negative dentist experiences in the past and this environment placed nerves to rest. I would highly recommend this dentist and facility. I plan to return and stay as my primary dental. This is the best dentist I have found in years. I have been twice and she was friendly and very kind. I am extremely scared of dentist and she and her staff put me at ease didn't even have to have extra numbing or anything. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
