Dentistry of the Carolinas - Gastonia

The dentist has always been my least favorite place to visit...... until now!! The receptionist staff was friendly and responsive. The experience was enhanced once Crystal entered the room. She was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable.She explained the entire extraction process as well what I needed to move forward on my oral health journey. We also had lots of laughs. Last, but certainly not least, Dr. R comes in and she is amazing. She is knowledgeable, very encouraging and made the process so much easier. 5 out of 5 stars⭐.

Everyone at the Gastonia office are so helpful and nice. From the first visit they were knowledgeable, understanding and professional. They answered any questions i had and kept me informed on everything. The staff is great and helpful throughout the whole process. The dentist is the best I've ever seen. He took the time to make sure i was aware of everything and made sure i was satisfied. He is a true professional. And I want to thank everyone at DOC Gastonia for a job well done

I love Dr. R! She was polite, gentle and talked me through the procedure. She made sure I was numbed up and knew what would happen before it happened. She and her assistant/hygienist worked well together, and both communicated wonderfully. I'll definitely be back! She even gave me some study tips as she saw I was studying for an exam, super sweet on top of being very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she loves what she does.

Dr. R and her assistant Crystal were just amazing! 😊This was the most painless extraction I have ever had! They made me feel very relaxed and informed me on every step that was being done! Highly recommend!

Dr R and Crystal are amazing. I've been going here almost a year and I am more than satisfied with their compassion and gentleness. They have restored my smile and I couldn't be any happier. Everything is thoroughly explained and I feel relaxed and comfortable. Kudos ladies.
