The staff at DOC is very friendly. My son's hygienist did a very good job cleaning his teeth. She made him feel at ease which isn't easy to do. I really love the service that they give. I have to get my own insurance so I can start going there. I definitely recommend this location

This is only my second visit and so far they are great. Dr Cunningham is the best! She listens to my concerns and makes recommendations. I missed my appointment this morning which is unlike me and the office was very accommodating in still getting me in which I was very appreciative of. I will definitely keep going here.

Dr. Cunningham is wonderful! She has such great energy and expertise. She always makes me feel cared for and at ease and comfortable. She explains the procedure, and takes the time to do before and after photos. Grateful!

I am patient at Dentistry of Carolinas-Eastern. Dr Whiteside & Crystal Frye, is the greatest, they are awesome. I would not go anywhere else. Dr Whiteside, is very gentle and caring. Crystal Frye, she is also caring and very thorough with her work. You have to awesome workers there and I am happy to be a patient there.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, despite the experience, but due to the unprofessional of the front desk associate, I have no other choice. For over a year, I waited for my appointment just for it to get canceled for the second time. I provided all of my information as needed, both via email and phone, but three days prior to my appointment, the office reached out needing more information. Upon calling and texting the office, no one got back to me and my appointment was automatically canceled. Being a healthcare provider myself, I find this very frustrating, unprofessional and a lack of proper management.
