The entire staff is warm, patient, and genuinely cares about you as a person—not just a patient. Everything is explained clearly, there’s no rushing, and you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. The atmosphere is calm and positive, and the level of professionalism is unmatched. Dr. Smith and his team have taken excellent care of me for the last 14 years that I have been a patient at Dentistry NW. He and his staff are not only knowledgeable and professional, but they take the time to listen and get to know their patients as people. Even though I moved 35 minutes away from Dentistry NW’s office in Tacoma over six years ago, I keep coming back because of the quality of the service and the people.

Very kind and compassionate. They emphasize pain/anxiety management and take their time - no rushing through things. Thorough explanation of plan and potential cost/complications. I had no insurance and they made sure the oral surgeon I needed could see me. Office is very clean and they follow infection protocols. Not just a good dental office, but good people.
