Dentistry for Children - Buford

Great customer service from the ladies from the front desk and check out with a welcoming attitude and providing great information when leaving went over and beyond. As well my children felt very happy and comfortable as usual when they go to the dentist as they make sure to make them feel comfortable. :)

I brought my 6 year old here for his first fillings today. The dental assistant, Jouani was awesome! He was patient, great with explaining, and keeping my son calm. Dr. Farin was also awesome! Quick, spoke slow while explaining to me and my son what she was doing and as she was doing it. This team is great and I will definitely trust them again for his future visits! Thank you guys!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was very kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The medical team is excellent, professional, and made me feel safe and well cared for during my visit. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for great dental care.

We waited over an hour while children who arrived 20–30 minutes after us were taken back first. We completed X-rays at 1:04 PM, which can be verified on camera, yet we were skipped with no legitimate explanation. When I questioned the delay, staff argued with me instead of resolving it. We were told other children had the “same time slot,” despite there being four 1:00 PM appointments and only two hygienists and one dentist. That is not poor planning—it is intentional overbooking. I have a well-behaved 6-year-old, and even that is an unreasonable wait. Imagine a younger child or a child with special needs being forced to sit for over an hour. I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Farin was incredibly professional and patient, explaining every step of the process and making sure I understood what was being done. You can tell they really care about their patients and take pride in their work. The dental assistant - Jovani was just as amazing—friendly, gentle, and very attentive. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and communicated everything clearly. Together, they worked like a great team and made what’s usually a stressful visit actually enjoyable.
