I’m very please with the services I received from Dr. Lee. He was gentle and very knowledgeable. My favorite part of setting in Dr. Lee chair is the relaxing view of the lake and the beautiful landscape.

Not sure about Dr Lee but his office front desk receptionist is the absolute worst. I was a new patient and she is miserable to talk to. She never answers the phone. I called three time the day prior to my appointment and she never answered or called back. I had a work meeting come up and tried to talk to her but pushed my work meetings to be there and she said oh I thought you cancelled. Then instead of trying to help me she says we can reschedule a month later. Horrible customer service. I told her I will find another dentist. Dr Lee maybe a good dentist but I would get rid of the lazy front desk personnel. The

Dr. Lee and his staff have always been great! We are long-time patients. I see a lot of reviews about his front desk but we’ve never had any issues that couldn’t be resolved in a timely and respectful manner. We are a big family as well.

I had several procedures done with Dr. Lee. 2 root canals and a few fillings. The staff and Dr Lee are very good at their job. I never once felt out of the loop with info. They where able to show me exactly what was going to happen, and explained it very well. One time while trying to pay for one of the visits, my FSA card wasnt being accepted. They were able to work with me, and I was able to get the issue resolved with the card company and finish paying. Never once was I pressured by them. Would 100% recommend anyone needing any kind of dental work.

AVOID Dr. Lee is great but the office staff is completely incompetent, lazy and obviously not held accountable for their actions and missteps. I recommend all patients of this practice to check your current balance for credits on your accounts as they will NOT inform you of these amounts. After 8 months of back and forth - promises of mailed checks, etc. I was finally able to pry a check away from their office staff in the amount of the credit on my account - no apologies and attempts to make good on the process. I was even assured when going into the office that the check had been mailed (the 3rd time I had been assured of this...) and when the receptionist went back to review the situation (at my insistence) should found the check... in an open envelope sitting somewhere in the back.
