I had an appointment for my two daughters today. We received a voicemail confirming the appointment and they changed it in the computer system without telling us. They saw my one daughter but refused to see my other daughter because they didn't have room in the schedule which she was originally on. Now she has to wait until the middle of February and has to miss more time from school.
