Worst dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ladyzhenskaya was counting how much I'd have to pay aloud, that she said would be $10k because my insurance didn't cover anything, and she was going to use low quality materials, but I called my insurance and they said they do cover most of the things I needed. Then some day, I came to the office, there were no other patients, I signed in and sat in the waiting room, and in around a minute I heard giggling and calling name Dzhushanbek, that is not my name and woman on the front desk knew it, also it's a muslim name and I'm a christian, I told her she called me a wrong name and she giggled again, then I asked her where she's from and she raised her nose to the ceiling and smugly said that she was from Moscow. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The clinic did not appear clean or properly sanitized, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. During my visit, the dentist removed a healthy part of my tooth without proper explanation. When I tried to transfer to another provider, I learned that she still had the insurance approval and refused to release it, even though the treatment was not completed. When I politely asked her to cancel the claim, she became aggressive and yelled at me, insisting she would still get paid. On top of that, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, which made the entire experience even worse. I strongly advise others to be cautious before seeking care here.

He's a very terrible doctor who doesn't know anything. My advice is don't go there, they are very bad people. He doesn’t know his work, they do low-quality work. I'm going to sue them!
