I had a great experience today thanks to my dental hygienist, Jasmine! She was extremely informative and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and put me at ease. She also walked me through what to expect next while awaiting the doctor’s review, which I really appreciated. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the entire visit a positive experience. This was my second visit and I am extremely impressed. Front desk matters to me just as much as the back office. It felt good to walk into the office and was greeted by Stephanie. She spoke she had a smile she was kind she was willing to go the extra mile to help me and that meant a lot. Once I made it to the back it was a little bit of a challenge with Alisa but we quickly figured things out. She made sure I had a follow up appointment, we were able to discuss the disconnect, we laughed , she made me feel comfortable, she even shared some of her personal oral hygiene routine with me. I had a great experience with Ashia and Dr. J during my recent dental treatment. Dr. J was very professional, while Ashia impressed me with her skill and attention to detail. She matched the color of my crown perfectly—it blends so naturally with my other teeth that you’d never know it was there. On top of that, she referred me to a fantastic endodontist, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I also want to highlight the front desk team, Brittney and Yvonne. They were courteous, welcoming, and efficient, making every visit feel smooth from start to finish. Overall, the entire team worked together beautifully.

I’ve been with Dent-first for quite some time, and each every time I have come to my appointments it has always been pleasant. Stephanie and Yvonne greeted me first today 01/20/2026 giving out great customer service, immediately making me feel welcomed. Next up Mrs.Tracy! I enjoyed great conversations with her, and a fabulous cleaning :) then on to Ashia, Who quickly assisted me in prepping for my filling, she was a blessing in keeping me calm. I’ve been going here for three years now and have always had a great experience! Yvonne at the front desk always makes check in friendly and easy, Alisa makes the x-rays a breeze and Tracy does an excellent job with the cleaning. Will be back again in 6 months!
