I was a patient for Orthodontic care and am extremely happy with my results. Thank you Dr Kacer for making my smile more beautiful to me. My main reason for writing this review is, I broke a tooth recently and called to see if someone could see me in a timely manner. Dr. Martin got me in same day and fixed my tooth. I then made an appointment to establish care with them. My first appointment was today to talk about a treatment plan and an exam. I'm extremely grateful and thankful for all the staff at Dental Pros. Thank you for all you do.

The dentist and staff at this office are generally kind and professional, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the dental hygienist, JENNIFER. She gets 0 stars. While they appreciate her 40+ years of service, my recent visit was extremely distressing. Despite having healthy teeth and gums, the cleaning felt more like a surgical procedure—intensely painful and overly aggressive. There was significant bleeding, and I had to have my bib changed during the appointment. As someone with a high pain tolerance (having gone through acupuncture and natural childbirth), I was horrified by how torturous the experience was. Additionally, the conversation/lecture during the cleaning was deeply personal and emotionally heavy, touching on topics like her advanced geriatric maternal age pr

Zero stars absolutely livid I have been waiting a year for 2 EMERGENCY EXTRACTIONS but over a medical clearance I’m left suffering and in pain with both teeth decaying worse and worse lucky to eat once a day but all I get is a sorry we can’t do anything further is some bs honestly it’s emergency for a reason this run around is insane and so unprofessional after these pulled and out definitely never ever using this company again nor will I recommend this place and the last tooth pulled left shards of teeth and I had to pull them out 2 weeks after so done

You and your staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, from the moment I walked into your office for a first time with my concerns to the end. I am very pleased and recommend Ortho Pros to anyone with orthodontic treatment needs.

Got my teeth cleaned by Ashley - She was great, very thorough and informative. I also enjoyed how she took the time to explain the following steps and what to expect for my next visit. Staff was friendly & their 'Candy Wall' was definitely icing on the cake. Would highly recommend!!
