Update: 3 star- I'd called the company and also sent an email similar to this review and my support ticket was resolved the same day. Jassen has always been professional and pleasant to work with. My equipment is now installed and we are ready to use it! So relieved to have this resolved and the equipment installed and working properly. 1 star- We are not pleased with the service level we have received. I have been waiting for an individual named Tim to provide my support representative Jassen with a product key so that we can install our brand new equipment on a different computer than we originally attempted to install it on. We have used the Dentalaire Prestige system for about 6 years now. I cannot say enough good about this product and this company. The scaler handpiece recently started having problems. The Dentalaire technicians (especially Wes) provided tons of instructions on how to install a new scaler and more. Very good product and excellent support that is free. Love this company!

Today our dental machine malfunctioned so we called dentalaire to get verbal help to fix it. Eduardo was the employee that walked me through how to fix the machine, and I would not have been able to do it without him. He was understanding, patient, and knowledgeable.
