Dental365 - Forest Hills

I had such a wonderful experience at Dental365 for my annual cleaning. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the moment I walked out, everything was smooth and easy. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. A special thank you to Katiana, who was so pleasant and helpful throughout my visit. She truly made the experience even better with her warm attitude and great care. Dental visits can sometimes feel stressful, but the team here makes the process seamless and positive. I’m so happy I chose this office and will definitely continue coming here for my dental care. Highly recommend!

On February 12, I left work early, I am a teacher, and drove from the Bronx to the Dental365 Forest Hills location for what was supposed to be a follow up visit because I was not helped at the LIC location. At LIC, they explained they did not have the specific materials needed to address my implant issue. However, the doctor there was warm, professional, and genuinely tried to help me. I was specifically told that the Forest Hills location would be able to assist. I was in the Forest Hills office for about three minutes. I came in with loose upper crowns from a dental implant procedure I had done in Turkey. Dr. Schlesinger walked in, refused to shake my hand, and stood at a distance. He did not perform an examination. He did not turn on a light, did not touch my crowns, and did not asses

The team is very good at what they do. I was seen by Dr Wang, Linda, Jinky, and Athina. Dr wang and Linda made a great team for my extraction / filling. Jinky is a very friendly, gentle and thorough hygienist. Athina holds everything together on the front end. I am very thankful for everything that youve done for me. I walked in with debilitating tooth pain and walked out inspired to take better care of my teeth. 10/10

Incredibly professional and fast! I was able to get a comprehensive exam and cleaning during my lunch hour. The staff is top-notch, and the technology they use is impressive. Highly recommended!

The staff is great with customer service. My appointments are scheduled in a timely matter and I'm always in and out within a great time frame. Looking for a new dentist this is certainly the place to go.
