Dental Wellness Center of Jesup

I had an issue with a crown and called on Friday afternoon and was able to get in first thing Monday morning! They got the crown back on in no time and even scheduled me for a cleaning the same morning while I was in office, because of a cancellation. We all know how hard it is to get in for cleanings when you are a new patient somewhere! The most friendly staff and I’m so glad I came here! Dasha, Lisa and Dr. Trout were AMAZING and so kind.

I’m leaving one star because I have to and the doctor that I saw was great. Be extremely careful when booking your appointment here. I booked my appointment over the phone and asked if the doctor was in network with my insurance and they told me yes. They even took my member ID number and the rest of the info over the phone and said they will make sure. Never got a call back saying they were out of network. I showed up to my appointment, they never said they were out of network or asked me if I still wanted to be seen. Months later, I keep getting notifications to pay my bill which I shouldn’t have because my insurance covers cleanings and exams 100%. So I looked at my EOB from my insurance and it says out of network. I called DWC, told them I have a $321 bill that I can’t afford to pay be

Customer Service was phenomenal once again during my interaction with Dental wellness center of Jesup. Everyone is very kind and courteous. The entire staff provided exceptional customer service. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Thanks for the great service. Can’t wait for my next teeth cleaning in Sept.
