Dr.Thompson was great! Given we were the first case of the day everyone was attentive and so caring. I was extremely comfortable and so was my son. Would highly recommend to friends and family! We will continue our care with the team. Dr.Thompson and Dr.Simms are a great team along with all of their staff.

Yesterday I took my daughter to Dental Transformation next to Walmart Appt was at 1130 we arrived at 11:15. The office was extremely busy. They called us back around 12:10pm. My daughter (4yrs old) has autism. She has gotten her teeth cleaned here before The tech comes in and looks in my daughter's mouth, asked if she has had recent X-rays done which I told her she had not. She leaves and comes back 20 minutes later. The tech comes in to tell me the doctor "Will not be seeing her today, and is referring her out" I thought that was strange so I asked why "I guess since you guys have to go there anyway soon he just thought it would make sense to go there for her cleaning as well" Now, I'm at this point confused and irritated because we have been here since 11:15 and it's after 12:45 and

I paid for a molar spacer and they told me it should be ready in two or three weeks. It's been more than eight weeks and they haven't called me about my son's molar spacer. The piece is already paid for. I've called them more than 12 times and they never answer or return my calls. I think they just wanted my money. One star is a lot.

Dr. Mike is fantastic and the entire staff is wonderful! Dr. Mike takes his time making sure you leave happy, informed and not in too much pain (some pain is a given at the dentist).

After our second time visiting this clinic, we refuse to go back. The first time we went the experience was not good. There was no room in the waiting area and parents and their children had to wait outside of the building. Our children were seen after their scheduled appointment time and, as the parent, we were not permitted to go into the rooms with our minor children. Our children were simply called to the back without any of the staff speaking to the parent and explaining the treatment plan or the exact steps and protocols they were using on our children. The second time we went back, the experience was even worse. Our child's appointment had been scheduled 3 months prior to the date of our visit. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. We got there at 1:10pm to check in and fill out
