Dental Transformations-Halstead Blvd, Elizabeth City, NC

I was there today had prep work for crown and a temporary crown made in meantime I also had 3 teeth filled...the nurse and dentist were great as always asking if I was OK did I need more numbing....explaining as they went along. The end result work was great as usual. The girls at the front desk were so helpful...they know how to cut right thru the technical issues to help us patients. So thankful for them!!!

The staff is very caring- from the ladies answering the phone to tge check in process everything flowed very smoothly. I had an issue with my dental plan and they helped me to get it corrected and to save hundreds on my emergency dental work. This was my second visit and I left feeling like I may have finally found a good dentist! I feel more positive about my dental health and know that I have a team dedicated to helping me. The dentist was kind and thorough, he explained my options and did the procedure with care.

Today’s visit…6 mos cleaning (with Morgan) was superb as usual…. She continues to add the perfect amount of pressure and precision to her work and made sure I told her that today. Dr Kaleb was a sight for sore eyes…. Glad to see him back. The music surrounding the office is such a welcoming feature too as it’s relaxing as you’re being serviced. Yes, I would/will highly recommend this dental office👏🏼🕊️👏🏼. Thank you!!! (Joan)

Great experience they where very professional and worked with us and made both of my kids very comfortable. Even when one of my kids was being very difficult they talked him through it and got the work done. I appreciate all the time and patience they had with my kids. 10 out of 10 would recommend you to use the dintist for your kids and even yourself. Great overall experience.

I called asking for my son’s records. The front desk clerk told me my son had never been seen there before. Then back tracked and said he was seen once. She also said she had already sent me the record request through the mail. Which I never asked for before calling her. She was supposed to send me the records request through email. Never received it. Went in and talked to her in person. She then told me my son had been seen twice and when I asked her who she sent his records to. She said she got patients mixed up. I went back a little while later to try and tried to summit a complaint. I asked for her supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor also the administrator. I asked her to give me the contact information for whomever her higher up was. She gave me an email that didn’t wor
