Dental Studio

Dentist himself is wonderful. Staff is incredibly nice and they are willing to work with you. Unfortunately the receptionist is incredibly rude. Two days before the appointment they send an automated text message asking you to confirm the appointment, but there is no option to click to reschedule or cancel. I have mentioned this to the receptionist in the past, and when I call, it goes straight to voicemail without the option to leave a voicemail. She calls a day before the appointment to confirm my appointment , I cancel (had nothing to do with them), And she begins to give me a lot of attitude how a lot of people would take my appointment slot and that I can call to cancel ahead of time (I have tried they need to fix their automated system I have said this before). My first visit and I cannot say enough how happy I left. I called bc my entire face was in pain from one tooth. They got me in same day. The vibe is not like any dental office I have gone to (Ive been to many bc I have a fear of dentists which has cost me many teeth). The receptionist was sweet and patient with my questions and requests. The assistant and doctor as well. They new I was in pain and made every effort to not make it worse while they did their exam and diagnostics (have never had that from other dentists) Dr. Explained the plan and recommendations, repeated it (like 3x bc my brain was distracted by pain) and answered my questions until I understood everything. Absolutely gentle and patient. Dr and assistant's beside manners were warm. Didn't feel like I was being rushed thro
