Very nice experience, I called because we had to do the DOT medical test and they were able to explain all the process, just wanna say thank you, amazing people✨

The nicest people work at this place! The wait time was just a few minutes, the receptionist was very sweet! A special shout out to their staff doctor Matthew Masello. He was very attentive, prescribed me the right medication. I am very please with the visit even when I’m not at my best health. Thank you, Matthew and all Team. All the best to all of you!

They truly make you feel comfortable ask all the right questions and look for the best treatment for you. Anytime I get sick I run to them. I always make an appointment a head of time and I am always in and out. Overall great service

What left a lasting impression on me as a patient & someone who also works in the healthcare industry is PASUP Robert Passamenti. He was very professional, skillful, & competent. He listens actively & with compassion. I have a white coat syndrome but his empathetic, straightforward approach put me at ease as soon as he came into the room. He immediately understood that besides the antibiotic & steriods that I needed for persistent fevers & chest congestion, & other flu like symptoms, what I truly needed was to prioritize myself & get the rest I badly needed in order to regain back my good health. Thank you LI Urgent care for the speedy, no nonsence, proffesional reception. I was out of there in no time. The people there obviously respect & value not only their time but others' too.
