My overall first time visit was extremely pleasant. The medical assistant Alexis at the front desk was attentive, careful with the details she had to provide and asked for. Thanks Alexis. Even though there were other things going on she gave the right eye contact, smiled through the conversation and was patient in listening to my request. My assistant, who helped with my examination and X-rays was patient, kind and friendly. She made something uncomfortable pleasant and easy. I’ll go nowhere else! I am one of those people that do not look forward to sitting in a comfortable dental chair. Normally, the only things to look forward to when going to the dentist are he comfortable chair and the good tasting mouthwash. Just to think as a child they had to bribe me with little gifts after my visit. It took me most of my life to finally find a dentist that I will actually look forward to going back to. When walking in, I was greeted right away. I filled out my Paperwork and shortly afterwards, was called in back. The professionalism was amazing, and I especially like the fact that the doctor shared several options with me along with pros and cons. I also loved that I received information regarding financing right away so that I could have a better understanding of what my affordability would look like. An overall great experience.
