This was the worst cleaning I’ve had. I waited 40 minutes for the dentist. She rushed the cleaning. The dentist was having conversations with anyone in the room who would seem to listen. She was literally scrapping my teeth while making eye contact with the person she was talking to. Just completely unprofessional. I gave two stars because the tech who took me to the back was very nice. I’ll definitely be looking for a new dentist. And I’ll likely book as soon as possible because she did an absolutely terrible job cleaning my teeth.

My mom is a patient. I accompanied her during her process of receiving implants. Everyone was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the dental associates. She's been smiling since her last appointment. Thank you all so much.

I waited about 40 minutes after my appt time to be seen and then was paired with a new grad who had not had enough training. she fumbled through the x-rays before giving me a cleaning I don’t feel confident in at all. Her flossing didn’t even get between my teeth. The dentist then was too behind to see me; my uncomplicated cleaning took over an hour and a half. It would have been polite to let me know my appointment would be with a new hygienist so I could schedule extra time. Or at least have someone work with her as she very much needed support.

In short, this clinic focuses on milking insurance and upselling medically unnecessary out-of-pocket services while providing hurried, unprofessional dental care. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Aggressive Upselling & Double Billing: Day one, they tried to sell me a bite guard despite no previous dentist ever mentioning a need for one. On my second visit, they pushed "scaling" and a fluoride treatment. I ended up paying over $200 out-of-pocket because they claimed insurance wouldn't cover it. Later, I discovered that fluoride for adults is often an unnecessary upsell—and even worse, they still billed my insurance for the items I had already paid for in full.
