4/13/2022 update: Receptionists got their scheduling fix so I'm now changing the 4 stars to 5 stars instead. Old review: The dental staff and doctor are wonderful. My only complaint are the receptionists: they are incompetent when it comes to scheduling and giving accurate information to patients. The receptionists won't even admit they were wrong when it comes to inaccuracy even if you have the evidence that's in their writing which proves the receptionists made an error. My advice is to always call the office before you go to your appointment on the day of. Confirm with the receptionist on call that the information provided are accurate before you waste a drive to the dentist.

It was my first time going to Dental Smile...getting a Deep Cleaning back in October 2023, when I went for a cleaning the staffs was so nice especially the receptionist Angie and They knew I was nervous making sure I was very comfortable thank you Doctor You're asatisfied customer see you soon

I really liked the dentist but unfortunately they never get back to you. I have a temporary crown and was supposed to get a call back when the permanent one arrived. It never did. I have called and called and either the phone rings off the hook or I'll get someone who says they'll call me back. Really unfortunate.
