Dental Smiles For Kids--Pediatric Dentistry

Great experience always! Doctor Kay is really wonderful. He took his time to patiently explain the tools to my daughters which helped my younger daughters fear of having her teeth cleaned. Our hygienist Ellie was also extremely patient and sweet allowing the girls to ask questions and taking the time to model and explain how they should be brushing and why to have good dental hygiene. So happy here! Thank you.

This place is efficient and caring with my children. The wait time is short and the personality and care of the staff and dentists are great and make my children feel safe and comfortable while doing dental work. Love the atmosphere and friendly demeanor from everyone. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Rude rude rude desk workers. The desk manager Samantha has no idea how to talk to people. Not helpful in anyway. Went IN PERSON WITH MY DAUGHTER and my mother to settle my child in and leave her with my mom. (I had my own appointment to get to) And she pushed a piece of paper at me telling me to leave and get it signed at a notary public, come back and only THEN would they let my child stay with my mother. Later to find out that all she had to do was ask Dr. Glazer to speak to me and it would have worked out. An email was sent to the regional manager Katherine Berrick with no response back. A secretary should have no bearing on my day. Customer service should be valued in the work force, a simple let me speak to the doctor would have been all she needed to do. They lost me as a customer. I

The staffs and dentists are great! They know how to make little kids comfortable and if they tell you there is a procedure need to be done, they give you time to do it on your own schedule, not on the spot or same day procedure. Which is favorable for me especially if the procedure is out of the pocket and not covered by the insurance.
