CityMD Ronkonkoma Urgent Care - Long Island

I find it better then my Primary scare doctor lol. This is my saving grace when im sick. The kindness the professionalism and bedside manner of these amazing doctors especially (Chris Finnegan and Dhannie Vorbes)make me feel safe. I have bad anxiety they are trauma informed. I would love to use this place as my primary.

I’m so not happy at all.. I was here on Friday where I met with the clinician who told me I was fine and gave me Flonase and some other medication. He was pompous and stated that there was nothing wrong at all I’m fine. Over the weekend I was unable to get out of bed. I had a severe fever, body aches, I also lost my voice. I work in stony Brook hospital where they told me to go home due to my fever. I came back to city MD asking them to waive my copay due to being misdiagnosed.. they told me they aren’t able to do so- so I called my insurance and reported the claim. It’s sad the lack of compassion this office offered along with not giving the courtesy for inconvienece . Don’t come here

I would definitely go back to city MD. The staff and doctors are really cool and understanding. I didn't have to wait long to see anyone.

The best time I ever had slicing my hand wide open! Nancy is outright amazing. Everyone is, really. Ask for room #8, it's spacious and luxurious. I can't wait to get my stitches out to see everyone again. I will undoubtedly save them as a memento of this whole excellent experience.

I normally never leave reviews, specially bad ones but this was just infuriating. I was getting short of breath and felt heavy so I rushed to citymd at 8:01pm. I called beforehand around 7:55pm saying I was coming in for an emergency and they said come in by 8pm. When I got there at 8:01pm I went to the door and it was locked. There was a women at the desk with the lights on so i knocked and she looked up, smile, left then shut the light. I was beyond mad. Luckily though my condition wasn't serious but what if it was? She would let someone die to not go home 20 minutes late. 0 stars.
