Yesterday was my second appointment, which was to pick up my oral device for sleep apnea. From my very first phone call to pickup, the office has been warm, friendly, and extremely professional! Dr. Krantz was very thorough during the initial exam and again yesterday, reviewing everything about the appliance. Dealings with Adria, who runs the office feels more like a visit with a friend. I wore my appliance last night for the first time and slept over seven hours, which is somewhat miraculous! Keeping my fingers crossed that this is the new norm and feeling confident that if I have any issues moving forward, I have the support that I need.
