Dental Plus Clinic of New Braunfels

Great cleaning!! Staff was friendly. I did not wait to long to be seen. Cleaning was not rushed nor to abrasive. Will be booking my appointments here for future cleanings!

I caught the front of house staff stealing from me, more than once. Liz, the lady who settles your bill as you leave...on miltiple occasions she would say I had a past balance, when I had paid in full and had a receipt, so then she would say, " my mistake". Recently I was told to come in for a prrocedure with $280 up front, then Liz called me the day of the appointment and said it would be $800, then on arrival the hygenist said it would be $500. They falsefy reciepts, change invoices, and monies paid sometimes don't show up on the insurance invoice. I confronted them and demanded to speak with someone with oversight, so they cancelled my appointment and now when i call, they put me on hold and then drop the call. Its a shame, because the dentists are great, and affordable, and friendly...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hate coming to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable during my appointment.

Great work, they take very good care of their patients. Happy to have found a great dentist in New Braunfels! 10/10
