Dental Place

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I purchased insurance that discounts my dental costs so for my first visit I paid $50 for x-rays which wasn’t bad. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes for the doctor to walk in all frazzled to poke at my teeth and say “yep looks good, I have no hygienists so you’ll have to come back for that cleaning.” I asked what I paid for and if the cleaning was going to be an additional charge. With plenty of attitude she let me know she had no clue and said she was only there for dentistry and didn’t have the time to clean my teeth. She said I needed to ask the people up front. She didn’t tell me anything about my teeth or what she saw. I was told to ask to receptionist and she rudely said there’s nothing in the system. This place is dirty and really unprofes

Left message to set appointments for myself and my husband. It's been about 2 weeks. No call from the office. I even gave the name of the referring insurance agent as he requested. I was hesitant about calling because of the other reviews. Called again today to leave another message. Mailbox is full. No, I'm not a patient. So please, do call the state's attorney on me. I'll let them know as well why I left a one star review. If you care so little about getting new patients, I wonder how you would treat me as a patient. Going to a different dental office.

I was treated there July 2016 and the experience was extraordinarily pleasant the staff is phenomenal and Dr.Nicole is an amazing dentist indeed I highly highly recommend them to everyone! They really do want you to have a healthy beautiful smile because now I Do!

The star is only for the dentist because caters to whimps like me, with that being said the customer service of the front desk is terrible! The customer service of the women at the front is rude and unprofessional from the clothes she wears at work to how she speaks to patients! I have been calling for 2 weeks have left a number of voicemails because I need my x-rays sent to an oral surgeon and they still have not done it and my app was at the end of April and it's June 4th. The only reason I will be back is because they are the only ones in Jax that take my insurance unfortunately........update its now december i had my teeth pulled in august the dentures they had made do not fit. I have been calling and calling i never get called back i dont think they know what they are doing my dentu

Where do i even start. This place truly holds a special place in my heart. Yall are truly a blessing to me. Thank you so much nicole for fixing my teeth and giving me my self confidence back. Every time i come in there people are always very nice and very welcoming. They make me feel like im the only person in there kinda of like a mom and pop shop. This place has been the best dentist office ever. I wish i had come here sooner. Everytime i have a small issue its always fixed with no problems and if i dont know how to explain it i try to tell nicole and she know exactly what im talking about. If i could come up there everyday to give them a hug i would. I am forever grateful for nicole and her office staff. Thank you again 😍😊
