If I can choose 0 stars I will. I come for an appointment and front desk tells me I never had one and that my doctor had already left. When I called for weeks before and it specifically had to be on a Friday because that’s when my doctor is there. They told me come for todays date from 4-4:30pm. They called me a day before to confirm my appointment and when I come in and they tell me they never put me in the system. I’ve been trying to get checked since June! And they always have something to say! And when I came in June the wait was 2 hours for a cleaning that took only 10 minutes! This place is insane. I would not be coming here again!

I wish I can choose zero stars. Please don’t ever come to this dental office. They open at 9am however the doctor doesn’t arrive till 11am or later. There is no heat in the waiting area. Overall, there are so many better places. I only chose this place because it’s near my home. HORRIBLE SERVICE GO ELSE WHERE TRUST ME.

The office staff here is fantastic—super friendly and accommodating! However, I was disappointed with the dental care I received. The dentists seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. While the customer service is top-notch, the quality of dental work leaves much to be desired. I hope they can improve the dental side of things because the potential is definitely there!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at NYDH Dental. I was left waiting for the doctor for over an hour, only to have him spend less than five minutes cleaning my teeth when he finally showed up. His exact words were, “I will only clean you a little bit because I will refer you to another doctor.” Completely absurd! I came in for a full cleaning, not a referral. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time. I expected much better care and attention. Would not recommend based on this experience. Get real professionals.
