Dental Health Center

This is the worst dentist's office I have ever been to. The equipment is dirty, and they add on services without telling you, and say it's "probing fee," wherein the dental assistant probes around your mouth excessively enough to cause a three-day pain in your tooth. It's totally horrendous! I did a double check with my benefits summary only to find out that even a comprehensive oral evaluation is $0 cost to the employee. When I called they said I should have asked for the cost of their services at the reception. Hello!? Why do I have dental insurance and leave your office with a $52 bill? "We'll, everybody that comes here pays the extra $20." You could at least tell the patients about the "probing fee" before they sit in that chair, just like the Optometrists do at the eye clinic. This is the worst dentist ever. The receptionist is very rude. Every time I went I had to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen. Today I was 2 minutes late and she told me I could not be seen! Very unprofessional and not caring at all. All equipment is very old and outdated. Every time there is a new dentist never the same dentist. I will never go there again.

I went to this dentist for 10 years, moved and found out Dr. Burch missed 6 cavities. Two different dentists confirmed my cavities, but I visited Dr. Burch in between those visits and he thought I had only 2 small cavities. I had to get one of those filled twice, a root canal after a really deep cavity, and will need an extraction & implant of the 2nd tooth he filled a cavity in.

Dr. Hiler is amazing!!!! He eased my mind from my previous bad experience and had my tooth out in 10 seconds. Great at what he does and so friendly!

This is the most unprofessional business in Huntsville Texas.They do not care about the patients,the equipment used is very old and out dated.They lack knowledge about new dental practices.The ladies that work in the office will cancel your appointment and just go home.oh,BUT you can always call back and leave a "voicmail".if i could rate a zero i would.I am going to tell everyone that I know to RUN and find another dentist.
