My insurance assigned me to this dental office back in December, and since then they've dropped off the face of the earth. They don't answer any calls whatsoever and appear to be shut down? You'd think they'd have the sense to maybe leave some sort of explanation in their voicemail box so we can start the tedious process of switching providers

Please, please do not go to this place unless you literally have no other options. I brought my daughter down here when she had tooth pain, they read her x-rays, and pulled a tooth. They pulled it with no conversation with my child, no prep, just yanked it out. She was still feeling pain later so I took her to a different dental office. Turns out they pulled the WRONG tooth. I was flabbergasted. Their adult care is just as horrible. My children's father had an abscessed tooth so they pulled it but it continued to become infected. He was feeling pain in the pocket where the tooth was. There was a hole, in the hole was a jagged piece of tooth they LEFT BEHIND. I could not make this up if I tried. The gross negligence and obvious ignorance for the job they are supposed to know how to do is as

Please stay away from this place. The most horrible Dental service. They harassed me for an outstanding bill where they messed up with the claiming process over for 2 years. Since I didn't have to deal the continuous harassment I paid the bill out of pocket. They also owed me a refund and when ever I visit they keep telling Manager is not in and she will call back which I never received a call back. Funny thing is they have a notice posted on the front desk warning patients not to verbally pr physically abuse staff. Wonder why they have to put it out. Such horrible practice.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month. l called many times and left a total of 5 detailed messages and emailed them as well to let them know that I am in pain and really need to make an appointment. No one will get back to me. Their customer service is non existent. Looks like many others have had similar issues. Just changed my dentist since they don't seem to want to help me or want my business.
