I see a lot of negative reviews for this office but my experience with them has been nothing less than amazing… from the front office staff to the receptionist to the oral surgeon, Mr. Baron who took care of pulling 3 wisdom teeth in the same day! I’ve been to many offices and I can understand some patients can be difficult and a cluster of them can call at one time and dealing with people especially ones who need healthcare is NEVER easy for the ones providing the care. One thing I make sure of doing as a patient in any office is to never be rude to people working in healthcare especially ones who will be taking care of you….. they’re job is just as frustrating as your life is and some people just need to understand more. This review is strictly about the Arrogant anderson cooper looking oral surgeon. Hes enough to never go back to this place, at least if you need an oral surgeon...i made 2 appointments and the second was to see an oral surgeon to get a tooth out That was down to the gum and with the nerve sticking out and he wouldn't pull it because I needed other teeth that needed to be pulled When I purposely made that appointment for that one to come out and 2 appointments in, still wouldn't take it out. The ither teeth was meant for another time. This was an emergency appointment!!! Hes extremely smug and snobby with his monotone voice andbwill cut you off and tell you like it is with his attitude. they cancelled my appt the same day for the cleaning I had bc their hygienists all quit. It has been over a month and they still never called to reschedule as PROMISED.

I am disappointed about the female dentist refusing to fix my teeth. She said once to pullout your tooth we will refill your other teeth which they are causing pain. Then I made an appointment about based on her decision for pulling wisdom and when I showed up for appointment the dentist didn’t pullout my tooth and referred me to another dentist. I found another dentist based on the doctor advice and he pullout my tooth, so since I had a 3rd appointment Hamilton Dental Associates P.A and faced with the same dentist. I told her that I pulled out my wisdom tooth which it wasn’t bothering me at all I pulled it out because you said you won’t be able to fix those other upper and lower jaw teeth because it was giving me severe pain while I was biting food on it. I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional front office staff. Their primary mission seems to be arguing with patients rather than helping them. They never take responsibility and operate under the assumption that the patient is always wrong. Appointments are frequently changed without proper notice, and you’re expected to accommodate their schedule, not the other way around. Thankfully, I have Dental PPO and am not obligated to continue care here.
