Dental Excellence of Kennesaw

I had a great experience at Dental Excellence of Kennesaw, from my initial scheduling call with Jennifer, to my cleaning with Amy and check up with Doctor K. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me better understand both preventative and proactive oral health care needs and options that best fit me. An incredible experience all around and was overall, very well rounded patient care :) Thank you !!

Wow. I’m so happy I found them! 2 days ago I was in immense pain I mean….EXTREME pain. I called a hour before they even opened because I was so desperate and hoping they could take me. Well I received a call 30 mins before they opens and Jennifer was so sweet, kind and warm. She assured me they would take care of me said I could go ahead and come in now to do paperwork and she would get me in to be seen. I was called back not long after completing paperwork and Terri the dental assistant was amazing, she was thorough, friend, and overall just made me feel so SAFE. My Dr. (forgot his name so sorry!, will update once I find out) was suuuuuper patient with me. He kept calm and answered all of my questions. I had some special concerns and he was a great listener. 2025: Dental Excellence always takes such great care of me during my visits. Working with the staff to schedule appointments is simple and easy. I love that I get text updates about appointments. Jennifer has such a kind personality it's hard to love her southern charm. I have been coming to Dental Excellence for years now and I love the service I always get! Tara always makes me feel so comfortable when I'm getting work done. I would recommend this company to family and friends!

Scheduled an appointment due to pain and swelling after a permanent crown was placed. I was in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When the dentist saw me he told me that two weeks prior when he was working on my teeth that he believed there was a 50/50 chance, for both teeth, that I would need a root canal. 75% is a pretty high risk so had I been told that before, I would have made an appointment with the endodontist prior to having a permanent crown put on (also would’ve saved $95 after coming in for a 5-minute appointment). Additionally after speaking to the front desk they were going to charge for the filling after the root canal. Although the root canal should have been done prior to the permanent crown. Front desk also told me that it was partially my fault for not spotting the painless

Came in for some tooth fillings and had a great experience. The doctor and dental assistant were very welcoming and considerate of my feelings. Front desk had exceptional service and I highly recommend this place!!
