Dental Elements

The reception staff greeted me and was welcoming. Mallory, the hygienist, was on time and wonderful. Mallory is always gentle and thorough leaving me with the cleanest A+ teeth around. Dr. Dan was friendly and took the time to review my teeth health. Great job Dental Elements Team!

Can you believe going to the dentist is a happy time! Going to Katie for cleaning, etc. is a joy. She is the BEST. Living in 8 states with teeth problems you find out quickly how good they are. Both Drs. Are superb. Spouse and I both are fans. Tonya at the front office is super quick and professional.

This place.... Ugh. They referred me out for a difficult dental issue which is fine... I paid for a cleaning ahead of time and then my father passed away. The office they referred me to called me a few times to schedule but I couldn't deal with it on top of losing my dad. Called back a few months later and suddenly they didn't have my payment or any information on me. I fought with that for a day or so before giving up. Fast forward to a couple months after that, I call this location because it's the one in my town and I was having some pain I wanted checked out and the front desk lady said they referred me out and they wouldn't see me in my home location. Wouldn't give me a reason except that they referred me to a different location (under the same name of business). She wouldn't explain

My kids always have a great experience coming here. Staff are friendly and keep them comforted the whole time!

People’s were nice. I asked receptionist how much did I owe, paid 1,000. Finished appointments and again I asked what was my part of paying the bill and again I paid over 1,000. My medicare insurance was responsible for the remainder. Needless to say I needed more work on my teeth but I was at my maximum. Couple of months later I was billed for over 2,000 more. I don’t trust the accountant who told me what I owe and then bill me for additional or I would’ve not gotten more work done. I won’t go back there again. Now I have a collection agency trying to collect my social security check.
