I really appreciate how well the team here takes care of me. The main pharmacist is especially wonderful—always kind, generous with his time, and happy to answer any questions I have. It’s clear they truly care about their customers! :)

I only use this pharmacy because it’s convenient. The overall experience hasn’t been great, the staff can be a bit unprofessional, and interactions often feel awkward or frustrating. On one occasion, I even had to explain something to the pharmacist that they later confirmed online, which didn’t inspire much confidence. Still, it’s close to home and saves me a longer drive when my kids are sick, which is the only reason I keep going back.

They filled my prescription quickly; however, when I called to see when it would be ready, I was told they were working on it and the phone was hung up before I could ask if I could have someone else pick it up for me. I called back and explained that I had just called and that someone may have accidentally hung up on me( which it was purposeful), and I was met with unprofessional attitude.

They call to confirm and when your prescription is ready always helpful and nice

Great Pharmacy! We live near Paola but they seem to have a lot of issues keeping prescriptions in stock. Don’t mind the drive to Wellsville, I just wish they were closer. :)
