Horrible experience. My 217-year-olds had a dentist appointment here and we’re accompanied by their father and while I was at work, my kids are blowing up my phone telling me how the hygienist is being so rough so inconsiderate sloppy and this was the first time they’ve been there in ages. I literally had to call and thankfully spoke to the sweetest receptionist who was able to talk to her supervisor and the supervisor was able to talk to my boys and hopefully spoke to the hygienist, but we definitely And unfortunately, my two-year-old has her first dentist appointment our scheduled, and we will not be attending it here because if they were that bad with my boys, I’m not gonna have them traumatize my toddler into hating the dentist. If I could give it a zero I would. This place was absolutely horrible. The provider never introduced himself. Said maybe a total of 8 words to me the entire time I was there which was maybe 15 minutes tops. I don’t see how anyone with children goes to this place. This experience is pin point accurate on why kids and adults, including myself have a fear of the dentist. To them all you are is another check. The nicest part about this place was when I was leaving.

This is by far the worst dentist I have every gone to. Appointments are cancelled and rescheduled often. They rush through the appointments so fast. My children have said it is very painful compared to where they have gone before. You are not taken back until an hour - two hours after your scheduled time. Treatments such as cavity fillings are split into multiple appointments scheduled months apart. My child was scheduled 3 months after her diagnosed cavity for a filling. 3 months !!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care.

This is ONLY a review of our experience a few years ago, that is why I did not give them 1 star because I don’t think that would be fair. People and places change - hopefully they will grow from this feedback. We had a really negative experience here that has shaped my son’s future dental health forever. After an appointment at this place, my son became absolutely TERRIFIED of dentist. They did not explain what they were doing when they added in sealants or any other care, they told him just not to move and my husband was told to hold him down and it frightened my son so bad that it has been an emotional rollercoaster for treating his teeth, especially because many of his baby teeth didn’t come out. I would give this place a 5 star if the wait wasn't so long but... The staff was very kind and patient with children, the play area is very convenient for the kids to get their jitters out. Bilingual staff, Spanish and English. The dentists and aid make this experience very interactive and quick. Very thankful for the experience my kiddo had here.
