Dental Dreams - Saginaw

I was pleased with my visit to Dental Dreams. The last time I was there they had a different dentist who I did not like at all. She tried to shoot the numbing stuff into my gums without numbing them first and when I spoke up her response was, we only do that for children, so I told her consider me 2 years old! Anyhow this dentist was great in fact he did numb my gums before using the shot and his technique was that I did not even feel a pinch from the needle. He did a lot of work on my teeth and made sure I was comfortable many times throughout. I am very happy to go back there next week to finish the other side. If I would have known about the new dentist I would not have skipped my routine cleaning last summer. Also, I do not want to leave out the rest of the staff, they were all courteo

I made a first-time appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. I have several different dental needs, and with multiple dentists on staff, everyone I interacted with was incredibly polite and helpful. Dr. Kahn was wonderful, very kind and thorough. They took my X-rays and even offered to do my cleaning, fill my cavities, and address another concern all in the same visit. The dental assistant, Bailey, was also so friendly and welcoming. Overall, the office has such a personable, relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. I genuinely appreciated the care I received. Thank you for taking such great care of me. I will definitely be referring family and friends! 5 stars all the way! 🌟

This place told me I had cavities on almost every tooth hadn’t done an xray or anything just looked in my mouth. Then immediately wanted to start extracting my teeth that day because they said they were that far gone. They brought a payment plan to me in the chair. I had to get rude in order for them to let me leave. They threatened me with a high bill for services I never received or signed for and walked out. Went to the dentist down the road and he gave me X-rays that day and told me I needed one root canal and scheduled me a visit. It’s been years since that happened and I’ve seen 2 other dentists they all say I have healthy teeth and gums and gave me a mouth guard. Doesn't matter if you are early, ontime, or late for your appt- every time we have been to this clinic for a scheduled appt we are waiting minimum an hour to even be seen. Then they ask why you are there at the desk, and again when you go back by the dentist. Do these people not communicate with each other? Just plan not to have any other appts after your visit at this clinic if you want to actually get there on time or at all. That was the case with our last appt we ended u having to cancel when we were there for a 6 mth cleaning, nothing major was happening and then to top it all off the cleaning only consisted of my daughter's front teeth- WTH people... We will NOT ever be going back nor will be referring anyone to them!

I have gotten my teeth cleaned there twice in the past. I came in recently and it was a male who did my teeth (even though a male did them the first time. It was a different male) and he was digging into my gum line too hard and I felt too much pain and my gums where bleeding too much. I asked him to lighten up and he told me he was not going to finish as he had to get all the plaque and go hard. Well you are a man and some people are more heavy handed and it’s MY SERVICE, if I ask you to soften up that’s what you should do. You don’t know how sensitive my teeth and gums are or if I have any issues going on with them! I was traumatized and scared to let anyone touch my teeth again.
