Dental Dreams - Reisterstown

I have been here twice. My first visit was about six months ago. I was called back in a timely manner, but I waited a long time for the dentist to actually see me. The reception in that area is also very poor, essentially a dead zone, which made it difficult to communicate with the person picking me up. When the dentist finally came in, after what felt like about 30 minutes, the cleaning itself was very quick, likely around 10 minutes. My second visit was today. I waited nearly an hour before being taken back, although the dentist was already in the room, which I initially appreciated. However, once the cleaning started, I checked the time and it was 10:58 a.m. The entire cleaning was completed in roughly eight minutes. I normally leave the dentist visibly seeing and feeling a difference

Let me tell y’all about my experience with Dental Dreams first of all I called and got an appointment in orderly time. And when I say new appointment, I meant I was taken as a new patient and got an appointment in such a great time. The front desk staff are very, very, very friendly and relatable and it feels like they are your family members that are working for you. To go into detail about my experience, not only that my doctor have great bedside manner, but the medical assistance or should I say the dental assistance that you see prior to seeing the actual dentist they are extremely comfortable, relaxing, and professional, and most importantly those girls know exactly what they are doing. 5-STAR TREATMENT. My visit today was absolutely outstanding. Despite a full waiting room, the front desk staff were all attentive to everyone's needs. In addition, the receptionist was intentional about updating everyone about their wait time (WOW). Once I was in the back, Dr. Choo was as awesome as ever. He was so funny, polite and professional as he delivered the news about my root canal. Don't walk , but RUN to Dental Dreams for your next dental needs. I am a forever patient.

A bit of a wait time but everyone was extremely nice. Our dentist was great as always. He took the time out to show and explain everything and moved swiftly extracting my daughter’s teeth. While being patient with her because she was scared. (P.S He needs a raise).

My dentist is now my forever dentist, she cleaned the hell out of my teeth and was very thorough yet gentle and very communicative. She will be seeing me and my daughter every 6 months for sure! The office was clean, the staff was attentive, prompt and they had good music playing which I also loved.
