Dental Dreams - Port Richmond

Wait times have only gotten worse over the years. Showed up for 10am appt waited 1.5 hours without even being called back. Other reviews said I could expect to wait in the back for another hour. I left. It never used to be this bad. Other reviews seem to confirm this recent bad trend. I'll be finding another dentist, one that understands that people have jobs and obligations and can't just spend their lives waiting for hours past their appointment time. My recommendation if anyone at the business reads these is to quit overbooking if you don't have the staff to see people at the appointed times. I’ve been here on several different appointments trying to get Some fillings, taking care of and have to leave every time because I sat there for a long period of time before they even took me to the back. Then once they take me to the back, they tell me it’ll be at least another hour before the doctor actually sees me. They tried to numb me and get me all prepped so they already have me in the chair, knowing that no one‘s gonna see me for quite some time. The super friendly and courteous, but their service sucks and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Got better service in prison and that’s a shame. If I were anyone, I wouldn’t go there until they step up their service to the people that are making sure they have jobs.

Worst dental office ever. My elderly mother of 80 years old had an appointment at 11:30am and she didn’t get seen until 1pm. Worst experience and worst customer service ever. My mother had asked the front desk when it was her turn and they told her she was next. Well she wasn’t next the called 5 other people before she was call. I went to the front desk myself to see what was taking so long for my mother to be seen and the receptionist was so rude and said “well if she don’t want to wait she can leave and we will reschedule her”. Worst dental office ever……. I wouldn’t recommend this dental office to my worst enemy….

12:00 apt wasn't called til 2. Then after waiting all that time I went to the bathroom for 20 secs. Came back and the dentist didn't even see me after waiting in the back for another 30 mins. I highly suggest DO NOT GO HERE. Check the reviews I'm not the only everyone was complaining. This was today 11/1/25.

Came at 11 for an appointment and didn't get seen until almost 1. The dentist was like a butcher, super rough and mean. She then proceeded to make me feel horrible and give me an attitude making me feel ashamed after leaving me with a bloody mouth. She was extremely rude and I will not be coming back.
