Dental Dreams - Olney

This place is so full of it okay they try to run up your insurance as well service is super slow. I literally walked out after waiting three hours two hours out front with an appointment by the way.I was in the back for an hour and all they did was X-ray I had to walk out because I had to get my 2 year old at the time. My appointment was in the morning I walked out in the afternoon then try to tell how you your care should be done. They only care about the money not the people and it shows so horrible. Save your money,time and energy they actually don't care about what you want done only about money no real care.

They tend to switch up your doctor alot. Usually isn't the same person and they've made a problem I had worse... Something else is wrong with there system or something technical because it seems they don't update it or something.

I love dental dreams in Olney. They are nice and professional. Yes there is a wait time, but only because the dentist do not only cleans teeth. They do extraction, fillings Mong others things. I wouldn't want my dentist to rush in my mouth. That would be unprofessional. They talk to you with great detail. And make sure you are doing fine. I don't change my dentist in the world or the location. They take care of me and my family I love them

When they say “5 star” DONT believe it!! They take so long to respond are irresponsible. On top of that they switch workers a lot clearly because they keep getting removed or fired since they arent doing their job correctly! We had to show up so many times while on hold, just to see them sitting and not answering calls or leaving us on hold. They have disgusting attitude and do they just hire lazy workers on purpose! I will keep complaining since they keep doing the same thing and all these 5 stars are lies!!!

This was absolutely the worst experience. They made me wait in the room for hours while they were in the back talking loudly and on their phones instead of doing their jobs. When they finally came in, they started working and then walked away to talk to other coworkers, leaving me there. The staff was extremely loud and unprofessional. I couldn’t believe how poorly this was handled.
