Dental Dreams

I called first on the phone and was told if I scheduled an appointment, I wouldn’t be seen until may. But if i just walked in, I’d be seen same day so I did that. Came in 10min after opening, sat an hour and a half (no problem) then was seen. All staff were wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with sign-in and the dentist I saw was very thorough and gave me financial advice, which I really appreciated. My teeth aren’t in the greatest condition, yet there was no judgement. I got a referral for an Endodontist and was sent on my way. My only complaint is how a situation in the waiting room was handled. While I was waiting to be seen, a disabled young man came in with a woman, possibly his mother or a carer, to have dental work. Terrible customer service and no regard for patients. I had an appointment today at 9:00am.When I arrived, they told me that even though their system shows that I have an appointment, my treatment was not "due" and I had to come back in April. The receptionist was rude and dismissive -- even though they were the ones who asked me to come in today. This is one of the few places in the area that accepts my insurance. They should not treat people who don't have many options this way. I hope they are more careful in their training and NOT schedule someone when they are not required to come in. Waste of time and money. I am not asking for much -- just want to be treated with respect and value my time. Please train your receptionists to properly schedule patients. Thank you.

Service was very good. My daughter was scared because it was her first time ever at the dentist but the doctor made her feel brave and did a great job with her. It was a very pleasant experience.

MY VISIT WAS HORRIBLE MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS ON FEBRUARY 11TH AT 9AM I TOOK THE MORNING OFF FROM WORK FOR THIS APPOINTMENT WHEN I GOT THERE THEIRWAS A NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING THEY WERE CLOSED DUE TO AN EMERGENCY BUT NO ONE CALLED BUT I WAS CALLED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT. I CALLED TO RESHCEDULE FOR YESTERDAY 2/26/26 @ 9AM . WHEN I ARRIVED I SIGNED IN AND SAT DOWN 5 MINUTES AFTER I WAS ASKED FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO FILL OUT SOME DOCUMENTS THAT TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES. WHEN I WAS CALLED TO THE BACK THE DENTAL ASSISTANT ASKED ME DID THEY TELL ME I HAD A NEW DENTIST THEY DID NOT TELL ME. AFTER THE DENTAL ASSISTANT TOOK MY X-RAYS I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR THE DENTIST THAT WAS RIDICULOUS SO I LEFT. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO DENTAL DREAMS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! YA GOT ME 1NCE I GAVE Y
