Dental Dreams - Brockton

My appointment was at 10am was not seen until 10:40. I was not told that they were checking my insurance before I went it. I think they should tell the person about this. Your manager of the office was very nice. You are good to have her very kind.

From the beginning I felt welcomed, the place was clean I was spoken with as soon as I approached the desk. They had all the paperwork read to be filled out. The staff was friendly, service was quick with responding to questions. Once I was called to the back service was quick and straightforward. My needs were met. Saw the Provider in due time. He stayed in touch while the ladies in back did the xrays.

Worst appointment and experience ever. The dr who "treated" me today was just downright awful and disgustingly rude. I almost asked if I could get someone else to take over my appointment because just leaving wasn't an option due to the pain I was in and the work I went there for that I so desperately needed done, if it wasn't so bad I would have got out of the chair and left after the first few minutes and interaction with this woman. whether being so rude and coming off that way was intentional or not she needs an attitude check and some refreshers on "bed side manners" .. to continuously tell a patient (who is in fact in excruciating pain and there for HELP and relief) to "stop crying" "don't cry" "no reason to keep crying stop" over and over and over again throughout the whole procedur

The Dr was very informative and intelligent about the condition of my teeth. I hope I continue to get the Dr every time I go!!

Its really dirty the chairs has holes in them the place can use some proper upkeep other than that the dentist is great.
