Dental Dreams - Belair

This was my first appointment at Dental Dreams and I was very impressed. I’m military, and was greeted with a smile and eye contact. All my questions were answered still with a smile. I would recommend people to go there. Thank you Dental Dreams showing me you care and give great care.

Came in on time for our appointment. Made me wait for 3 HOURS in the waiting room, and the dentist finished cleaning my teeth in less than 10 minutes. Did not use anything to scrape my teeth to remove stains (I had plaques that were still there after he finished), no flossing, no fluoride. I had many things to ask because of my wisdom teeth removal, and the dentist did not care and there is no problem, even though I can clearly feel the problem in my mouth. Not only that, the dentist kept spraying water in my face and wiping it with a wet cloth. Absolutely disgusting. Guys. DO NOT GO HERE. Literally a scam. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME

I love Dental Dreams and they make you feel good and they don’t play about you getting your smile back. The ladies at the front desk are so nice. The dentist assistant’s are very pleasant and helpful. The African American Dentist he’s my favorite. He’s so kind, caring, and he’s makes me feel so comfortable. And he tell you step by step what he’s going to do next. Dental Dreams -Belair keep up the good work.

I arrived about five minutes early and everyone was friendly and they serviced me nicely within a reasonable amount of time without any hassle or stress. I was very pleased with the service and overall results. I would recommend to a new or returninq patient.

Appointment scheduled for feb19 at 1pm, I arrived around 12:45 I checked in at the front desk, the front desk staff member took my id and insurance made copies and said some one will call me shortly. 1 hour and 20 mins go by and I ask the assistant what’s going on I been waiting over an hour she responded I wasn’t checked in and apologized and offered me a new appointment for march 31st. I wish I can give zero stars how do check me in and then tell me I wasn’t checked in properly and now I have to wait another month. Nope please avoid this office if you’re a new patient.
