called ahead and clearly explained that I had a small chip in my veneer and asked if it could be repaired. They told me to come in. After waiting and spending almost 2 hours there, instead of fixing the small issue, they tried to push a $10,000 treatment plan on me for work I didn’t come in for. The actual repair I needed was a simple $100 fix, but the visit turned into a sales pitch instead of patient care. It felt like a waste of time and very misleading after explaining my situation beforehand. If you’re looking for honest dental care for a simple issue, be careful. My experience felt more like a sales consultation than a dental appointment.

On December 17, I had a periodontal scaling appointment scheduled. This procedure had been planned back in March. Two weeks prior to the appointment, I visited the office to reschedule the deep cleaning for January, but I was assured that the December appointment was confirmed, everything was in order, and that I should keep it. On December 17, I arrived at the office 30 minutes before my 2:00 PM appointment. After waiting until 2:20 PM, I approached the receptionist to ask whether the procedure would take place that day. I was then informed that my insurance would not cover the procedure due to a waiting period, and that the price quoted to me in March was no longer valid. On November 25th, 2025, I went to the dentist due to having some sensitivity on a front tooth. Upon being diagnosed by the dentist, he said it is a very minor chip and would be easily fixed with a bit of fill in. The dentist mentioned it was such a minor fix that he would not charge me for the easy repair. Fast forward to today, December 12, 2025, the receptionist of the dentistry calls me to tell me I have a balance of $113.00 due to the minor fix the dentist himself told me I would not be charged for. I explain to the young lady that the dentist did the complimentary fix, and that is the reason I was not charged the day of my visit, (as I would of payed the balance in full as I done in the past using this dentist office). This place is horrible the wait is super long and they receptionist do NOT do there job, they don’t verify insurance that they accept and make you come in to tell you they do not accept. A bunch of unprofessional staff
