Dental Center of St. George

I was a patient recently and had such a great experience. Dr. Heaton is kind, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. He takes the time to explain things, makes you feel comfortable, and genuinely cares about his patients. His work is excellent, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend.

Came here last year( July 2025) I got a cavity filled.The dentist didn't numb me enough and I felt the drill and moved because of the shock and pain, he quickly pulled out the drill almost cutting under my top lip. I had some lasting sensitivity to that tooth and recently found out when I went to get my next cleaning that the cavity he filled was leaking. The sensitivity lasted 6 months. I will not be coming here ever again. Not only that but I had to pay out of pocket for the numbing shot. I just went to my last dental appointment to have his work fixed and have some other newer cavities filled and my insurance covered the numbing shot so I know it was not my insurance it was the dental office charging me and not charging my insurance for the shot. Horrible experience and the only traumat

I had an amazing experience with the hygienist. The hygienist provided me information on how to help improve my oral hygiene. Throughout my visit, the hygienist made me aware of each step she made and taught me how to improve flossing. Not only that I liked how she was very caring and attentive. I did not experience this before when I went to a different dental office. This was one of the reasons why I left and picked this dental office.

I cannot recommend this office enough. Between Doctor Heaton, Nicole and Tina. I went in for cavities and had more filled in one day than the Doctor recommended, but he fulfilled my request anyway. Needless to say I had a lot of sensitivity and pain afterwards. I researched it online and found out that sensitivity after fillings is very normal. Everytime i called the office in pain they never once said "this is normal" rather they would say "when can you come in?" I later found out that they are not even paid by my insurance for post op appointments. The point is... they treat you like an individual and not for greedy reasons. My pain is all gone and my porcelain fillings look way better than my 1990 silver ones. Thank you all so much at St George Dental!! ❤

Honestly I haven't gone to the dentist a lot in my life. I have been blessed with good teeth but that's not an excuse but it did make me lazy. I went in for a cleaning and a potential wisdom tooth extraction. They staff was very good and so was the Dr. I ended up getting my lower wisdom teeth out and it went pretty smooth. I was a little nervous but they did great. All is well on the recover and I recommend them. I will be back
